Skills required:
o Comfortable and proficient with group therapies, deescalating, comfortable when recognizing a 1013 (involuntary holds) needs to be signed, strong team communication skills, going to weekly treatment team meetings and providing notes
o Could be doing 1:1 interventions if patients need help deescalating, but will not have any scheduled 1:1 sessions
