UNIT: OR SURGICAL TECH
MGR INTERVIEW
Minimum Experience: Have worked in a full-fledged operating room with all service lines for 2-3 years, comfortable with emergency situations
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, CSFA (AST or NBSTSA certified will be prioritized. Not ABSA)
Unit Overview: Collaborative partnership (proficient and efficient in their care, cognizant with the conversations, positive environment)75 bed hopspital, medsurg and ICU. C-section
Scrub Colors: Hospital Provided (Blue)
Float Requirements: Waukesha Memorial and Mukwonago; Like units as needed.
