Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff!
PediaStaff is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program in the Golden Valley, MN area. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role within a smaller organization, overseeing clinical operations, treatment planning, and staff supervision while making a meaningful impact on children and families.
Position Details
- Location: Golden Valley, MN
- Pay Rate: $65–$75+ per hour
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: November 20, 2027
- Assignment: Long-term, ongoing opportunity
- Setting: Pediatric behavioral health / EIDBI program
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the EIDBI program.
- Conduct Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluations (CMDEs) and develop Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral treatment programs.
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and Level II/III providers.
- Monitor client progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS regulations and EIDBI requirements.
- Provide clinical leadership, staff training, and ongoing guidance.
- Collaborate with families, providers, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Must be eligible to enroll as an EIDBI provider in Minnesota.
- Hands-on EIDBI experience required, including CMDEs, ITPs, progress monitoring, and DHS requirements.
- Previous experience managing or leading a behavioral health program strongly preferred.
- Comfortable independently overseeing clinical operations within a smaller organization.
- Experience supervising behavior technicians and Level II/III providers.
- General ABA experience alone is not sufficient. Specific EIDBI experience is required.
