$50–$58 per Hour | Full-Time | School-Based
Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff!
PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support K–12 students in the Dallas, Perrydale, and Falls City, OR areas for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative school environment where you'll help students develop essential motor, sensory, and functional skills to succeed academically and independently.
Position Details
- Location: Dallas, Perrydale, and Falls City, OR
- Pay Rate: $50–$58 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 9, 2027
- Caseload: Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Setting: In-person, school-based
- Travel: May involve supporting multiple school locations
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to K–12 students.
- Conduct evaluations to assess motor, sensory, and functional needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals.
- Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, accommodations, and environmental modifications.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary special education teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- Active Oregon OT license or eligibility for licensure required.
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passion for supporting students with diverse developmental and educational needs.
