Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff!

PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) for a long-term contract opportunity in Batesville, Arkansas! This position is based in a pediatric therapy clinic and developmental preschool, supporting children from birth through age 7, including those with developmental delays and special needs.

This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with young children and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary therapy teams!

Position Details

• Location: Batesville, AR
• Pay Rate: $50–$56 per hour
• Setting: Pediatric Therapy Clinic / Developmental Preschool
• Contract Dates: ASAP–September 27, 2027
• Contract Length: Approximately 48 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Flexible scheduling within the 8:00 AM–5:00 PM clinic hours
• Age Group: Birth through 7 years old
• Position Type: In-person, contract assignment
• Scheduling Note: Clinicians are not required to remain at the clinic for the entire 8:00 AM–5:00 PM window.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy evaluations and direct treatment services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's developmental needs.
• Support children with gross motor development, mobility, coordination, balance, and functional independence.
• Work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other therapy professionals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support developmental goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, evaluation reports, and progress notes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support positive outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required.
• Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children with developmental disabilities or special needs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong pediatric evaluation and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy clinical environment.
• Passion for helping young children reach developmental milestones.
