Location: Livingston, Montana

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2,550/week

Shift: Variable | Rotating Weekend & Holiday Coverage

Job Description

GQR Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting opportunity in beautiful Livingston, Montana!

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative rehabilitation department serving patients of all ages across multiple clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, subacute/swing-bed, home health, and pediatrics.

The ideal candidate is a flexible, patient-focused Physical Therapist with strong clinical skills and experience in hospital-based or multi-setting rehabilitation environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments to patients across assigned rehabilitation settings.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, treatment documentation, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday hospital coverage.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and students as assigned.
• Assist with additional clinical coverage as needed, following appropriate cross-training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation goals, exercises, and recovery plans.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Montana PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or other rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Availability to start on or before December 7, 2026.

Compensation is based on an anticipated 40-hour workweek. Actual pay packages, stipend eligibility, and guaranteed hours are subject to confirmation.
