- Three (3) years of med-surg experience, 1-year pediatric experience required, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.
- Setting: 20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS. and PALS is required.
Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc
