Demonstrates extensive experience in a labor and delivery setting, quickly adapting to new environments and protocols. Utilizes and maintains specialized obstetric equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety. Upholds rigorous infection‑control standards and adheres to all regulatory and facility policies. Actively participates in emergency response drills and quality‑improvement initiatives. Provides mentorship and guidance to peers, fostering a supportive and high‑performing team atmosphere. Maintains accurate inventory of supplies and assists with the organization of the unit to promote efficiency. Possesses strong critical‑thinking abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering care within the highest safety standards.
