Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations of neonates in intensive care.
- Monitor and adjust life‑support equipment, including ventilators, incubators, and infusion pumps.
- Apply advanced knowledge of neonatal pharmacology and supportive therapies.
- Participate in rapid response and emergency stabilization of critically ill newborns.
- Educate staff on best practices and support orientation of new team members.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and data collection for neonatal outcomes.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a NICU or comparable high‑acuity neonatal setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in neonatal resuscitation and advanced cardio‑pulmonary support.
- Strong critical thinking and decision‑making abilities under pressure.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot specialized neonatal equipment.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with families and healthcare professionals.

Preferred
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) or equivalent.
- Experience with ECMO, high‑frequency ventilation, or similar advanced modalities.
- Prior experience in a travel or temporary assignment environment.
