IRS mileage $.76/mile

M-F, days
Coverage area: north/northeast of Indianapolis, fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Lawrence May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.
Hospice experience required
HomeCare HomeBase experience required .Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.
