Job Title: CT Technologist (CT Tech)
Location: Strong Memorial Hospital, 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, Monday–Thursday, 9:30 PM–8:00 AM EST
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Requirement: Local Candidates Only

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience, including Level I Trauma Center experience.
• Valid NYS license required before start.
• ARRT certification and AHA BLS required.
• Minimum 6 months of Siemens scanner experience.
• EPIC experience highly desired; PACS image transmission required.
• Philips and Siemens equipment experience preferred.
• Injection certification preferred; must be willing to obtain during orientation.
• Must be able to obtain a TB skin test.
• On-call, callback, and holiday coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform CT scans, verify patient identity and exam orders, prepare and position patients, insert IVs as needed, document procedures in EPIC, send images to PACS, and maintain patient safety.
