Description
Nurse: NOC 4-5 shifts needed per week with every other weekend needed also. ? They need to be up to date with CPR certification. They can be an LPN or RN. 40 hr. GTE weekly 100 Bed Faciltiy 5 halls with 20 beds average census is 40 Nurse to Patient Ratio 1:20 CNA to Patient Ratio 1:10 Eletronic PCC charting Any color scrub requirement 8 hr. shifts AM 6-2:30, PM 2-10:30p and NOC 10-6:30A Does have a Bird Aviary City Cab is available

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
