Description
CVPICU RN - 1:2
Required:
- 2 years experience
- Childrens Hospital experience (Screen under 2 years)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
Preferred:
- Travel experience
Patient Diagnoses:
Congenital heart disease
Pre and post-surgical
Heart Failure
Heart and Lung transplants
Pulmonary hypertension
Special Procedures/Unit Details:
ECMO- will not be responsible for running ECMO circuit
Mechanical Support (VADs)
CRRT - travelers will not be expected to care for these patients
Ventilators- required
RA lines
Pacemaker wires
chest tubes
Special Equipment:
Must have exp from a 30 bed or greater PICU. Manager will consider candidates with only PICU experience. Preference is for 2 years CVPICU exp. But will also take 2 years of PICU exp if meets all other requirements.
