In this role, you'll work with patients recovering from strokes, neurological disorders, orthopedic surgeries, trauma, cardiac events, and other complex medical conditions. You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and case managers to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, LTACH, SNF, or hospital settings preferred.
