Description
Experience Requirements
- Required:
- 2+ years of Home Health experience
- Experience with CMS/OASIS Home Health program
- Preferred:
- 5+ years of Home Health experience
Schedule
- Orientation: Monday, 8-hour day shift
- Remaining orientation schedule TBD with supervisor on Monday
- Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8-hour shifts
Call & Coverage Requirements
- Weekend Requirement: Yes
- On-call coverage required
- Average of 1 weekend per month
- On-Call Requirement: Mandatory
- 1-2 overnight on-call shifts per week (4:30 PM - 8:00 AM)
- Holiday Requirement: Yes
- Rotating holiday coverage
Reliable transportation required-Mileage reimbursement provided
Credentials due by Wednesday prior to start date
Requested time off: No more than 7 days
