Description

Radiation Therapist

Schedule

Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8-hour day shifts
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Floating: Required between similar units and potentially nearby sister facilities.
Charting: Epic
Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience.
First-time travelers accepted.
ARRT (T) certification required.
BLS required.
Active, valid CA state license required; pending license is not accepted.
Epic experience required.
Strong experience with:
- SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery)
- SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy)
- IMRT (Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy)
Experience with radiation treatment planning, simulation, treatment delivery, and radiation safety.
Experience with Elekta equipment preferred; facility can provide Elekta training if needed.
Must be willing to float to nearby facilities.
