Description
Neuro/Telemetry RN — Req 10779 | ID 66080263
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience, including at least 6 months of neuro experience. First-time travelers accepted.
- Charting: Epic experience is mandatory.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required.
- Clinical skills: Neuro assessments/NIH scale, stroke, craniotomy and postoperative neurosurgical care, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, telemetry/dysrhythmias, BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, and procedural sedation monitoring.
- Schedule: Nights, 7 p.m.–7 a.m., four 12-hour shifts; every other weekend. No call. Forty-eight hours approved; guarantee not specified.
- Ratios: Approximately 1:4–5, with an expected ratio of 1:5.
- Floating: Required to meet facility needs, potentially including nearby sister facilities.
- Submission: License required in hand; include SSN, DOB, all RTO/scheduling requests, and prior Providence employment locations/dates. Two references covering one year within the past three years are required before start.
- Eligibility: Locals accepted at a lower bill rate within the listed 50-mile radius. Former staff may return after three months.
