On-Call: No on-call responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient Endoscopy Center specializing in elective procedures. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Endoscopy experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Unit Details

• 4 procedure rooms
• 5 pre-op bays
• 5 PACU bays
• Common patient cases include colon cancer screenings, rectal bleeding, and other endoscopy-related procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy experience.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Current AHA ACLS certification.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.
• Ability to float as needed.
• SGNA certification preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Schedule & Local Candidate Policy

• 40 hours per week.
• Various shifts available.
• Candidates living within 50 miles are eligible to apply at the local rate, which is $8 less than the posted rate.
• No block scheduling.
• No on-call responsibilities.

Submission Requirements

• Updated resume documenting at least 2 years of Endoscopy experience.
• Travel experience documentation.
• Two recent Manager/Supervisor references in the matching specialty.
• Specialty-matched skills checklist.
• Driver’s license with an address matching the candidate’s demographics.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• SGNA certification preferred.
• Nursys verification report pulled within the last 7 days, showing all current and past licenses and an active or conditional Massachusetts RN license.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission. RTO cannot be guaranteed after confirmation.

EMR: EPIC experience preferred.
