Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Adult, Pediatric & Neonatal Care
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Respiratory Care and Patient Assessment
Competently perform all respiratory care procedures in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Assess patients' respiratory status and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Administer respiratory treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient responses to respiratory therapies and document treatment outcomes.
Assess adult, pediatric, neonatal, and geriatric patients according to their individual clinical needs.
Identify changes in patient condition and communicate significant findings to the appropriate healthcare providers.
Make recommendations regarding appropriate respiratory care interventions based on patient assessments.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all respiratory care procedures and patient assessments.

Required Qualifications: 
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must successfully pass the required background check.
Must successfully pass the pre-employment drug screening and breath alcohol test, if applicable.
Must complete an Employee Health meeting before starting employment.
