Required: NRP, CA RN License, & Level III NICU experience at least 3 years.

· Number of Beds – 21 flex to 37
· Number of Staff – 60
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 charge, 10 nurses
o Night Shift - 1 charge, 10 nurses
· Patient Ratios – 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
· Type of equipment -
· EMR – Meditech and CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Level III NICU experience minimum of 3 years
· Ability to take babies from Level I – Level III
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Delivery experience
· Float to Postpartum
