REGISTERED NURSE (ICU)

Contract: 13 Weeks
Openings: 1
Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Charting: Epic

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of ICU RN experience.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.
• CPI/MAB preferred.
• Any charting experience required; Epic experience at facility.
• Teaching hospital experience preferred.
• Trauma Level I/II experience preferred.
• Must have experience managing critically ill patients.

CLINICAL SKILLS:

• Ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC.
• Arterial lines, central lines, PICC lines and ports.
• Blood product administration and IV therapy.
• Cardiac and vasoactive drip titration.
• Continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation.
• ABG interpretation and dysrhythmia management.
• Stroke/CVA management.
• Renal failure and IV insulin protocols.
• Chest tube management.
• Neuro and surgical ICU experience preferred.
