Schedule: Days, 4x10s (40 hrs/week) with occasional evening coverage

Join a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to support a busy Neurosurgery Operating Room. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside specialized neurosurgical teams in a fast-paced surgical environment handling complex cranial, spinal, and trauma cases.

Position Details

• 40 hours per week
• Day shift schedule, typically 4x10s
• Rotating evening coverage as needed
• Rotating overnight call requirement
• Every other weekend/holiday commitment
• 13-week travel assignment
• Start date: Nov 23, 2026

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Technician experience in an acute care hospital OR
• Current NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous Neurosurgery OR experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in high-volume surgical environments preferred

• Standard operating room equipment

Additional Information

• Floating within Surgical Services may be required based on department needs and competency
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• No charge or lead responsibilities
