Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

Location: San Diego, CA
Facility: Sharp HealthCare
Weekly Gross: 3,822/36hrs

Requirements:-

Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a specialty area.
Active California RN License required.

Key Responsibilities:-
Provide safe, individualized, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive patient care.
Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans.
Assess patient needs and evaluate responses to nursing interventions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Identify and respond to patient and family educational needs.
Advocate for patients and support their rights and participation in care decisions.
Maintain accurate patient documentation according to facility policies.
Coordinate patient care activities and ensure effective communication among healthcare team members.
Delegate responsibilities according to team members' scope of practice and competencies.
Recognize complex clinical situations and seek additional resources when needed.
