Location: Springdale, Arkansas

Shift: Days | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | 5×8 Hours | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week
Call: 10–15 times/month | Must be available for nights and weekends
Travel Pay: Gross weekly up to $2,100/week

Learn Beyond Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technician (CST) for a 13-week travel contract assignment in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) in Springdale, Arkansas.

The CST will independently scrub, assist surgeons, maintain sterile technique, and pass instruments during complex cardiovascular and vascular surgical procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of CVOR experience – Required
CST Certification – NBSTSA or NCCT accepted
BLS Certification – Required
Must be able to independently scrub, assist, and pass instruments – Required
Hands-on experience with the following procedures:
- CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft) procedures
- Valve replacements
- All vascular procedures
Must be available for call 10–15 times per month, including nights and weekends.
