Experience Requirements

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience.
Previous OR Circulator experience required.
Previous travel experience required.
Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips.
Must pass the facility telemetry exam on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher.

Preferred Experience

High-risk obstetrics experience.

Not Accepted

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) experience alone will not be considered in place of RN Labor & Delivery experience.

BLS
NRP
AWHONN

EMR

EPIC experience required.

Department Overview

9 Labor Rooms
2 Operating/Recovery Rooms
5 Triage Rooms
Approximately 3,000 deliveries annually

Testing Requirements

Prophecy Assessment

Most units require a Prophecy exam after the interview and prior to an official offer.
Candidates are allowed two attempts to pass.

Telemetry Exam

Required on Day 1.
Minimum passing score: 85%.

Time-Off Policy

All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to offer acceptance.
No RTO may be added after a contract confirmation has been signed.
