· Number of Beds - 26
· Number of Staff –
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1charge RN, 1 rapid response, 8 bedside RN’s
o Night Shift – same as above
· Patient Ratios – 1:2
· Type of equipment – mechanical ventilators, CRRT, IABP, Impella, EKOS
· EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· 1-2 years of ICU experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· CV, Neuro ICU
·
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Intubation, bedside ECMO cannulation, chest tube insertion, bedside tracheostomy
· Central line insertions,
Best personality Fit:
· Accountable of his/her actions.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· ACLS/BCLS
Floating Area(s):
· CVIMCU and IMCU
Dress Code:
· Royal Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)
· Every other weekend shift, agencies are not placed oncall.
