L&D RN – Job Breakdown

Specialty: RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Shift: Days / Nights – 8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
Experience Required: 2 years of L&D experience
Contract Duration: 8 weeks

Mandatory Requirements

Active Minnesota RN license.
BLS certification – AHA only.
NRP certification.
EFM certification – must have one of the following combinations:
- Basic + Intermediate
- Basic + Advanced
- Intermediate + Advanced
Minimum 2 years of L&D experience.
Must be willing to float within the L&D unit.
New graduates are not accepted.

Schedule & Requirements

8-hour day or night shifts.
32 hours per week.
Weekends: As needed.
Holidays: As needed.
On-call: None.
Floating: Must float within L&D.
RTO: Maximum 7 days.
