Travel RN – Oncology
Location: Asheville, NC 28801
Duration: 26 weeks
Start Date: 11/23/2026 (Flexible)
Shift: Days, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay Package
- Weekly Gross Pay: $2,300.40
- Weekly Taxable Pay (W2): $725.40
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,575
- W2 Hourly Rate: $20.15/hour
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN Oncology experience in an acute care setting.
- Active RN license and BLS required.
- Chemo certification preferred.
Additional Details
- Unit: 24-bed Oncology/Women’s Surgical.
- Patient Ratio: 1:4–1:5.
- EMR: Cerner.
- Floating: Other Med-Surg units; floating is rare.
- Weekends: 6 weekend days per schedule.
- Scrubs: Navy blue, white, or combination of both.
- Procedures: Occasional pelvic exams, echocardiograms, and thoracentesis.
