Referral Bonus

• Facility: Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH)
• Unit: Operating Room – West Main Campus
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Call: No call required.
• Floating: No regular floating, but may be assigned to East or CVI OR.
• Start Date: ASAP (approximately 4 weeks for compliance).
• Orientation: Every Monday (except holidays).

Required Experience

• Neuro experience – Mandatory
• Orthopedic Trauma experience – Mandatory
• Kidney Transplant experience – Mandatory

Must have experience with scrubbing and/or circulating in:

• General surgery
• Robotic surgery
• Organ transplants
• Orthopedic trauma
• Neurosurgery and spine
• ENT (Head & Neck)
• Gynecology (GYN)
• Urology
• Trauma and organ procurement

Unit Information

• 10 operating rooms.
• Level I Trauma Surgery.
• Handles complex surgical cases, including:
  • Brain and spine surgery.
  • Orthopedic trauma.
  • Kidney and liver transplants.
  • Robotic and bariatric surgery.
  • Major plastic reconstruction.
  • ENT procedures.

Required Certifications & License

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• BILH submission cover sheet required.

Important Requirements

• No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with the application and approved.
• Must provide interview availability when submitting.
• Interview with the facility required before offer.
• Travelers who worked for BILH as permanent or per diem staff within the last 6 months are not eligible.
• Any major holiday may be assigned during the contract.
• Parking may cost up to $43 per day.
