Clinical Dietitian – Delano, CA
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Clinical Dietitian to provide nutritional assessments, develop individualized nutrition care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide nutritional education to patients and families in an acute inpatient hospital setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or equivalent.
- Master's degree required for candidates whose examination eligibility began on or after 1/1/2024.
- Completed dietetic internship or equivalent.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required within 6 months of completing residency.
- At least 2 years of recent clinical experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- EPIC experience required.
- Extensive Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) experience required.
Additional Details:
- Must have experience across all clinical areas and be comfortable functioning independently in an acute inpatient setting.
- Floating required throughout the Kern County network, including Tehachapi Valley, Bakersfield, and Sierra Vista.
