Primary Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
Schedule Options: Facility may also consider:

• 4x10s: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
• 5x8s: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Workdays: Monday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Friday
Call: Required as needed, along with late days
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR experience in the service line
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience are mandatory – hard stop
• Active license in hand at submission
• Resume required
• Certification verification required
• Travel experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Altera charting experience preferred, not required
• Level I or Level II trauma experience preferred

Required Clinical Experience

• Craniotomy and burr hole procedures
• General OR procedures
• Anterior cervical fusion and cervical fusion
• Lumbar fusion and spinal fusion
• Laminectomy/discectomy
• Kyphoplasty
• Orthopedic procedures, including total joint replacement, arthroscopy, and fracture reduction
• General procedures, including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repair, colon resection, and mastectomy
• Trauma cases, including burns, gunshot/stab wounds, and multiple-injury MVA cases
• Da Vinci Xi experience is preferred

Certifications

Unit & Patient Details

• Patient ratios listed as 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends

• Support services include IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, phlebotomy, pharmacy, rapid response, transportation, and other hospital support teams.
• Orientation: 40 hours
