Description
RN – ED Hold / PCU Float | Florida
- Experience: 2 years of PCU experience required.
- Special Requirement: ED Holding experience is mandatory. ED experience is not required; no floating to the ED.
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric; patients may be assigned to hallway beds.
- Patient Ratio: 4–6:1, depending on patient mix.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
- License: Active Florida or Compact RN license; recent Nursys verification required.
- EMR: Epic.
- Scrubs: Galaxy Blue.
- Education: Degree accreditation must be on profile, or 5 years of experience required.
- Other Requirements: Must be flexible to float to other units and sister campuses. Must live 50+ miles from the facility. All RTO must be submitted upfront. No pending documents accepted; hard deadline is the Monday before start.
- Interview: HWL interview and offer.
