Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical (Med-Surg RN) – Night Shift

• Schedule: Night Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 12H Nights | 48 Hours per Week
  • Schedule Structure: 12-hour night shifts (4 days per week).
  • Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend (EOW) required.
  • On-Call / Standby: Standard unit operational guidelines apply.
  • Floating Protocol & Unit Details: Med Surg ST 4 Unit (Acute Care Medical-Surgical Department). Primary duties include patient assessment, plan of care development, pharmacology and safe medication administration, patient/family education, nursing delegation, continuous monitoring, and delivery of evidence-based nursing care within a Magnet-oriented nursing shared governance model. EMR: Epic EMR.

  • Active specialty certifications (e.g., PALS, TNCC) or BSN preferred.
