Assignment Details

• End Date: March 6, 2027
• Shift: Days, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• On-Call: No

Required Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must meet all the following requirements:

• Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license at the time of submission.
• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Critical care experience.
• Hands-on intubation experience.
• Arterial line insertion experience.
• Previous travel experience.
• Epic EMR experience.

Clinical Requirements

• Provide respiratory care to patients requiring routine and critical care interventions.
• Demonstrate competency in intubation procedures.
• Perform arterial line insertion.
• Support patients with complex respiratory and critical care needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Floating Requirements

• Floating may be required to other onsite units within the candidate's scope of practice.
• Candidates may also be required to float to other locations within a 40-mile radius.
• Flexibility to work across locations is expected.
