Holiday Requirements: Travelers are expected to work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's), subject to management scheduling. Holiday time off is not guaranteed. Unit: High-risk Family Birth Center providing L&D, postpartum, and couplet care. Cesarean Sections: All RNs must be comfortable circulating C-sections. Fetal Monitoring: GE Corometrics monitors with Fetalink surveillance. Charting System: Cerner. Clinical Support: OB hospitalist and anesthesia in-house 24/7; neonatologist on call 24/7. Floating: May float to other Sacramento facilities. Mid-shift floating is uncommon but possible. Call Requirement: If placed on call, a 30-minute response time is required. Employment Restriction: Candidates cannot have been directly employed by a CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the previous 12 months. Certain agency PRN experience may be considered.
