Travel RN – Endoscopy

Specialty: Endoscopy RN – Upper & Lower GI
Shift: Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Orientation: Every two weeks
Upcoming Start Dates: November 9 and November 23

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing upper and lower GI procedures.
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain a safe and sterile procedural environment.
• Perform cleaning and processing of endoscopy scopes.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Follow facility protocols and infection prevention standards.

Requirements

• Active RN license permitting practice in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Endoscopy nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with cleaning and processing scopes preferred.
• Meditech EHR experience preferred.
• No additional certifications required.

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Day shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Monday–Friday, 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Call coverage required:
  • 4–6 weekdays per month.
  • Every third weekend.
• Schedules may change based on facility needs.
