Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of current Surgical Technologist experience.
• Strong, hands-on orthopedic surgical experience is mandatory.
• Must be registered as a Surgical Technologist with the State of Colorado.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and follow aseptic practices throughout surgery.
• Pass instruments and sterile supplies to surgeons during procedures.
• Maintain accurate instrument and supply counts.
• Assist with dressings and specimen preparation.
• Inspect instruments and supplies for sterility, contamination, expiration dates, and proper working condition.
• Support sterilization, decontamination, and sterile processing activities as needed.
• Restock operating rooms and maintain adequate supply levels.
