Description
RRT – PICU/NICU
Facility: VCU Medical Center
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Schedule
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts
- Hours: 36 hours/week
- Floating: Required within scope of practice.
Call: Not required.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
- PICU/NICU experience.
- Experience with pediatric acute care and pediatric critical care.
- High-risk delivery attendance.
- Epic charting experience required.
- Experience with HFOV and HFJV.
- Experience with Servo I ventilators required.
- Patient population: Neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents.
Required Documents / Certifications
- Active RRT credential.
- BLS.
- NRP.
- PALS.
- Virginia or compact state license in hand at submission.
- Epic experience.
