We have an exciting Urology Physician Assistant – Locum Tenens opportunity with Kaiser Permanente – Sacramento Medical Center, Sacramento, CA.

💰 Pay Rate: $110–$130/hour

Position Highlights:

• Specialty: Urology – Physician Assistant
• Location: Sacramento, California
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months, with option to extend
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Setting: Outpatient Urology Clinic
• Patient Volume: 15–18 patients/day
• Call: No call
• EMR: Epic (Kaiser HealthConnect)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients with common urological conditions.
• Provide routine urology consultations and follow-up care.
• Manage prostate and male reproductive health conditions.
• Evaluate urinary retention, UTIs, bladder dysfunction, incontinence, kidney stones, and hematuria.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care.
• Conduct cancer surveillance and follow-up visits.
• Order and review diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Active California PA License.
• Board Certified.
• Current BLS (AHA).
• Previous Urology experience preferred.
