Description
RN – Emergency Department (ED)
Requirements:
- Current Montana or Compact State RN license required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Nursing or Critical Care experience.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, ENPC certification required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Competence and willingness to practice modified primary nursing.
- Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Professional demeanor, patience, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and demonstrates discretion and emotional intelligence.
