Home Health RN | Bellin Home Health — Green Bay, WI

Assignment & Schedule

• Start: ASAP | Length: 13 weeks.
• Days: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, open to discussion; listed hours 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• 40 hours/week, except orientation week and holidays when the unit is closed.
• Every other weekend; every weekend available. Up to every other holiday.
• No call.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of acute home health experience required.
• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact license.
• AHA BLS.
• Epic and point-of-care documentation experience required.
• OASIS strongly preferred, not required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Own vehicle required; must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Bellin Health.

Visits & Coverage

• Start at the office: 1920 Libal Street, Green Bay.
• Cover 9 counties in northeastern Wisconsin.
• Average 4–6 visits and 75–100 driving miles daily.
• Travel time included in shift length.
• All-inclusive bill rate; no mileage reimbursement.

Clinical Expectations

• Care for patients from newborns through older adults following illness, injury, surgery, or a new diagnosis.
• Comfortable with IV site care, wound care, wound VACs, and ostomies.
• Must work independently and enter varied home environments, including homes with pets or smoking.
• May require lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.

Support & Onboarding

• Laptop, corporate phone, and clinical bag with equipment/PPE provided.
• Multidisciplinary support and remote patient monitoring technology.
• Solid-color scrubs or business casual attire.
• Clinical screening interview followed by manager interview if approved.
