Description
- Position: Occupational Therapist – Acute Care
- Specialty: Inpatient Acute Care OT
- Shift: 5 × 8 hours
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Contract Length: 91 weeks
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- First-time travelers: Accepted
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Schedule Requirements
- Day shift: 7 AM–3 PM.
- Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Weekends required: 2–4 per month, fluctuating.
- No on-call requirement.
- No block scheduling.
- Schedule fluctuates according to facility needs.
- Must work 3 of 5 designated holidays:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
The facility will not review candidates without this experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Valid Oregon (OR) license required.
- Compact license must be in hand at submission, per posting.
- BLS certification.
- NBCOT certification.
- Epic charting experience required.
- Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years.
Preferred:
- Level I trauma experience.
- Level II trauma experience.
- Experience in larger acute care hospitals.
