Description
Job Summary
Provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. Responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, care planning, and coordination with the healthcare team. Monitors patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms, identifies changes in condition, and ensures safe, quality, and compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
MS/Tele experience required
BLS and ACLS
