Description
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Job Title: Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Watsonville, CA 95076 (On-site)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 11/16/2026
Shift: Days – 4x12 (06:45–19:15)
Hours/Week: 48 (OT after 8/day per CA law; also OT after 40)
Weekly Gross Pay Range: $4011/wk

Description
GLC is hiring a Travel Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN for a 13-week contract in Watsonville, CA. L&D nurses will also routinely care for Postpartum patients (same unit), so both skill sets are required.
Call & Floating: Required
- Floating to Postpartum
Weekends: Every other required (may be more depending on staffing)
RTO: Must be submitted up front
Call-off policy: 3 call-offs per 13-week assignment at no cost
Requirements (per facility)
- 2 years experience required (1st time traveler OK with 2 yrs exp)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM, AWHONN Advanced
- Skills/Unit Scope Includes: L&D, LDRP, Mother/Baby, triage, EFM (external/internal), C-sections (circulator), VBAC/TOLAC, high-risk OB (pre-eclampsia/HELLP, PPH), newborn care/resuscitation, postpartum couplet care
