We are seeking an experienced Clinical Social Worker to join its inpatient behavioral health team. The Social Worker will provide clinical assessments, individual and family therapy, case management, treatment planning, and discharge coordination for patients with psychiatric illnesses.

This is a full-time, 40-hour contract opportunity offering a day shift schedule with no weekends required.

Requirements

• Clinical Master's Degree required.
• Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license/eligibility as applicable.
• Inpatient behavioral health, acute care, or short-term treatment experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health treatment and family systems modalities.
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and risk/safety assessments.
• CANS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• EHR proficiency required; Medsphere/Vista experience preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and discharge planning.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop patient treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy and clinical social work services.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Support insurance utilization review and community liaison services.
• Develop comprehensive discharge and aftercare plans.
• Document clinical interventions and patient progress in the EHR.
