1. Schedule

• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Holiday rotation required
• Floating: May float to adult ICU, Med-Surg/Telemetry, Emergency Department (ED), and general pediatrics.

2. Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to neonatal, pediatric, and other assigned patients.
• Assess respiratory status and monitor oxygenation and ventilation.
• Administer respiratory treatments and manage respiratory support equipment as ordered.
• Assist with ventilatory support and airway management according to patient needs.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and document patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adapt to assignments in other units when floating is required.

3. Requirements

• Respiratory Therapist qualifications appropriate for the assigned unit.
• Experience in a Level III NICU/PICU setting is relevant to this position.
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.
• Willingness to float to adult ICU, Med-Surg/Telemetry, ED, and general pediatrics.
