🏥 Mammography Technologist (RTR-M) – Travel Contract

📍 Florence, SC
📅 13-Week Contract
⏰ Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Highlights

Work in a robust, busy Mammography Department.
Perform approximately 15–20 exams per technologist per day.
Department equipped with 4 Mammography Rooms and 1 Mobile Mammography Van.
Opportunity to perform a variety of breast imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms.
Perform stereotactic breast biopsies and Bone Density (DXA) exams.
Ensure proper patient positioning and high-quality diagnostic images.
Operate mammography equipment and verify images in PACS.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with MQSA standards.
Provide compassionate patient care and ensure patient safety.

Requirements

ARRT Mammography Certification (RTR-M) – Required
SCRQSA – Required
BLS (AHA) – Required
Previous mammography experience.
Proficiency in screening, diagnostic mammography, stereotactic biopsies, and DXA.
