Shift Requirement: 4x10s 830a-7p, may need 6:30a-5:30p at times. Start times can vary. Float Requirement: NoOn Call/Call Back Requirement: Yes, on call 8 times in a 6 weeks period. 30 minute call back. Call begins at the end of your shift. Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes, up to 4 days on a weekend call. For example Fri-Sat-Sun one weekend and another weekend could be just a friday or saturday or sunday. Holiday requirement based on need, yes. Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: No cert neededMinimum Experience REQUIRED: Prefer 2 year as a circulating OR nurse in an operating room and taking call. Previous travel exp preferred. Charting Experience: Yes, will train, prefer EpicPatient Population Outpatient and inpatient patients, all ages, all specialtiesSkillset: strong in total joints, Davinci, urology, gyn, some spine such as OLIF/TLIF ACDF, Microdisc, arthroscopyMust have strong assessment and critical thinking skills! Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates.Unit Information: 6 ORs, average 350-400 cases per month. Unit Strengths: supportive staffScrub Colors/Uniform: We will provide scrubs* 3 call-ins can result in termination *Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to changeGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. 36 hour cancellation clause within a 13 week contract.
