Candidates must meet all of the following requirements before being presented:
- Strong EPIC experience
- Fully comfortable with the requested shift requirements
- No active per diem positions currently being worked
Ratios: depends on patient acuity and census, ratios are mandated by state of CA
Float requirements :will float as needed depending on patient care but only within scope of skill
Schedule/ Weekend requirements: typically every other weekend rotation.
