Description
HIGHLIGHTS:
Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels
Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT
Job Duties: Scrub, pass supplies, set up and take down of procedure room
Shifts & Scheduling: 9 hours shifts 4 days per week
Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes (7-9 shifts in 6 weeks)
Weekend/Call Requirements: Yes
Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided
Unit/Department specific orientation: 3-5 days in the lab
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
# suites/labs: 6 labs pre-op and phase 2 recovery
#cases per day on average: 20-30
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Vascular, neuro, drains, lines
EMR/Equipment: EPIC; We use Phillips monitors
Is there a Manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?: Charge RN 0730-1700 they do not take patients, will do cases and cover lunches
IR Techs: 1 PCT
What is call response time?: 30 minutes
Floating Requirements: No, Either Cath lab or IR
